Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and revenue targets.
- Drive sales initiatives and revenue growth by identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities.
- Managing the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, by developing and implementing processes and tools to track and manage the progress of each opportunity.
- Work together with the marketing team to create impactful and effective growth strategies for marketing and brand building.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, managing their expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or its equivalent
- Proven working experience as a business development manager /sales executive
- Experienced in new business development with a confident mindset in overcoming obstacles
- Proven sales track record
- Highly adaptable with strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit to fulfil company objectives and revenue targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
