Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and revenue targets.
  • Drive sales initiatives and revenue growth by identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities.
  • Managing the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, by developing and implementing processes and tools to track and manage the progress of each opportunity.
  • Work together with the marketing team to create impactful and effective growth strategies for marketing and brand building.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, managing their expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or its equivalent
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager /sales executive
  • Experienced in new business development with a confident mindset in overcoming obstacles
  • Proven sales track record
  • Highly adaptable with strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit to fulfil company objectives and revenue targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
