- Develop country/zone R&P policies in alignment with global compensation strategy
- Establish effective governance for compensation & benefits activities in CHINA AND PACIFIC ASIA
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures
- Manage annual survey submissions and data analytics
- Act as a compensation subject matter expert for Business and HR leaders
- Collaborate with HRBP and Finance teams for financial planning
- Evaluate jobs using global grading framework
- Lead annual compensation planning process
- Support Sanofi Benefits and International Mobility R&P services
- Experience in pharma, life sciences, or consumer goods industry
- Effective collaboration in a matrix organization
- Cross-functional team communication and influence
- Continuous improvement mindset and creativity
- Positive influencing and stakeholder management
- Technical expertise in data analysis and project management
- Strong business and finance acumen
- University Degree or equivalent, Master's degree preferred
- Fluency in Japanese required
