**Job Description
- The Admin Assistant/Executive is responsible for providing support to the Finance and HR Manager.
- Perform finance support such as monthly staff claims, monthly journal entries, monthly payment vouchers, payments and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Perform general admin support such as coordination of board meeting, food orders, carpark reservation, birthday cards, managing of IT assets, issuing of devices, facilities maintenance such as arranging for pest control & printer maintenance, ordering of office supplies, petty cash.
- Other adhoc tasks as may be directed by the Finance and HR Manager.
- Diploma in Business studies, accounting and relevant field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Positive, teamplayer, detailoriented and energetic attitude.
