    Job Overview: Join our team at Qi Lu Restaurants Holdings as a Human Resources Specialist, where you'll be instrumental in managing various HR functions to support the success of our restaurant. Your role involves ensuring our staff is motivated, well-trained, and dedicated to offering top-notch customer service.

    Main Responsibilities:
    • Lead the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
    • Cultivate a positive work environment by handling employee relations, guiding conflict resolution, and fostering teamwork.
    • Manage employee benefits like healthcare and retirement plans tailored to the restaurant industry.
    • Support payroll processing and timekeeping for all restaurant employees.
    • Organize and execute training programs covering food safety and customer service.
    • Supervise performance evaluations, goal-setting, and career growth initiatives for the team.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
    • Prior HR background in the restaurant or hospitality sector is a plus.
    • Thorough understanding of employment laws, particularly in the food service industry.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Capacity to handle sensitive information with integrity.
    • Proficient in HR software and the MS Office Suite.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
