Primary Purpose:


You will be part of the Asia Supply Planning Team, undertaking projects aimed toward optimizing and automating current processes related to Global Supply management.

As part of this internship, you will have the opportunity to learn E2E process of supply planning in a multinational luxury fashion business environment.

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with regional teams within the supply chain functions during the day-to-day interactions.


During the internship, you will have the opportunity to.

  • Support the implementation of a new Distribution Centre
  • Complete the system set up and process documentation
  • Liaise with Logistics team to update on transit timings
  • Gain handson experience in purchase order (PO) system updates and data reporting
  • Support planning team to generate and distribute sourcing reports
  • Support team to perform and maintain data updates in system
  • Be part of monthly production capacity review meetings and quarterly risk assessment reviews

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Penultimate or Final Year student who is pursuing a relevant course in Supply Chain and/or Operations
  • Demonstrates the Tapestry values: Optimist, Innovative and Inclusive
  • Good working knowledge MS Word, Excel and Access
  • Strong ability to analyze, model and interpret data
  • Attention to detail, result oriented, creative & positive approach to problemsolving
  • A keen desire to learn and ability to multitasking, prioritize in a fast paced environment
