- Experienced with entire project processes including authority submission
- Able to manage multiple projects independently
- Contract administration of construction projects to ensure project is built according to design intent and in compliance with building codes
- Liaise and communicate closely with client's reps, consultants & contractors
- Produce architectural drawings as directed and as required for project, in an effective & professional manner.
- Possession of a Degree/Professional Certificate.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in building project planning, design, and implementation.
- Strong project management skills with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities, knowledgeable in project execution and construction supervision.
- Competency in Revit, AutoCad, Photoshop, and PowerPoint is preferred.
- Self-motivated, performance-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
