[What the role is]
You will be part of the team in driving adoption of cutting-edge digital solutions for Built Environment (BE) sector.

[What you will be working on]

Spearhead initiatives to identify and implement cutting-edge solutions, driving innovation and efficiency to support collaborative contracting processes.

Work closely with procurement policies team and solution providers to adapt solutions to the unique demand and intricacies of the local construction landscape.

Play a key role in driving broader adoption of streamlined processes and collaborative contracting across the BE industry, contributing to industry-wide transformation.

As an integral part of the team, your will also have the opportunity to expand your skills and experiences by actively participating in other dynamic and diverse initiatives that propel the transformation of the Built Environment.

[What we are looking for]

Experienced in digital transformation and possessing a strong understanding of digital technology within the BE industry.

Degree in construction-related discipline, with at least 5 years of project management or contract management experiences.

Experienced in AI/ML and/or digital contract management tools will be an added advantage.

Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Forward-thinking, resourceful and committed to making a positive impact on Singapore's built environment transformation.
