The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are full of energy and always on the lookout for new business opportunities to propel Shopee to the top spot as the leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. Their goal is to offer Shopee's customers a diverse range of products at competitive prices. Support the external traffic team in executing go-to-market activities
Perform competitor analysis on the market offerings
Assist in creating business strategies by leveraging data and statistical insights to pinpoint potential sellers for solution adoption and optimization
Handle seller inquiries for MS-related products from onboarding to optimization stages
Assist the team with various operational tasks, such as updating weekly performance metrics, aiding account managers, and more
Participate in process optimization initiatives across internal and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Management (Marketing) or a related field
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL and Python is a bonus
Organized, detail-oriented, and diligent individual
Knowledge of domains like Facebook, Google Ads, and Affiliate Marketing is advantageous
Ability to think creatively and solve problems innovatively
Strong presentation and writing skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Preferably full-time interns for a duration of 3-6 months
Part-time interns willing to commit to at least 3 working days per week are also encouraged to apply
