Description
Working closely with the Head Chef, supporting in running the entire daily kitchen operations.

  • Ensuring consistency in work performance, learn the full knowledge of the menus and recipes.
  • Ensure quality control and food presentation as per standard company recipes.
  • To ensure good hygiene and personal grooming standards, ensure working with safety for yourself and all fellow colleagues and adhere to Risk Management/safety practices.
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
  • To assist in monthly inventory for the entire kitchen for the smooth running of daily restaurant operations.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chef/Manager.

Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Services or related field of study.
  • Must have at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Must be able to build teamwork and work with diverse people.
  • Able to work for 6 working days.
