Description

• Lead and oversee project execution, monitor site progress and ensure ontime completion of projects, to handover stage
• Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and designs to ensure that they meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare and present project progress reports, status updates, risks, issues, and recommendations to management and project stakeholders
• Coordinate with the clients, subcontractors and consultants on all project matters
• Troubleshoot and recover from unexpected delays
• Resolve onsite Contractual Issues
• Records all defects works and ensure proper documentation
• Collate, prepare, and record VO works, if any
• Project planning of all site supervisors, labours and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to good Environmental, health and safety regulations at all times
• Achieve tasks as assigned by Management

• Polytechnic Diploma and above
• Possess Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS)
• Autocad Proficiency
• Knows and able to use Microsoft Office, Excel, Word & Powerpoint
• Min 3 yrs' of relevant working experience in building construction or architectural/structural project site work
• Related experiences in door installation will be advantageous

• Able to speak and write Mandarin preferred (dealing with nonEnglish speaking subcons)
• Possess valid class 3 driving license
