Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance on technical aspects of Salesforce implementation.
Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to ensure that the Salesforce solution meets business objectives and regulatory requirements
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa, facilitating effective communication and understanding
provide strategic direction and thought leadership, advising on emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovative solutions to enhance the Salesforce implementation and drive business value
Design the overall Salesforce architecture, including data model, application design, security model, and integration strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements
Lead technical discussions and decisions, providing guidance to development teams on architectural choices, platform limitations, and optimization techniques, fostering a culture of technical excellence
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring that the technical solution meets functional and non-functional requirements, and aligns with the enterprise roadmap

Requirements

Degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering or equivalent
8-9 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects
Relevant Salesforce certifications
Experience in Salesforce architecture and design
Knowledge of integration patterns and best practices
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience within the public sector and real estate industry would be advantageous.
