About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on software/IT savvy project manager to help create new, innovative business propositions for our clients, by leveraging capabilities offered by current and potential partners.

Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with end customers to understand the requirements and convert the functionality to build new features within our product.
  • Work closely with end customers to understand the requirements and convert the functionality to build new integrations within our product.
  • Conduct requirements discovery workshops with participants from end customers.
  • Translate the requirements into functional documents (BRD, FSD etc...)
  • Provide technical advisory and build technical solutions.
  • Create highlevel design documents & technical approach documents.
  • Review 3rd party API documentation such as swagger and provide recommendations for connectivity/integration.
  • Conducted data mapping exercise for 3rd party API integration and design payload.
  • Work closely with end customers to understand the existing trade operations workflow (possibly manual) and build a target state workflow after including integrations between our systems and customer's trade operation system such as Surecomp, Eximbills, Finastra, Oracle etc
  • Collaborate with the development team to build the feature or integration as per the client's requirement and provide technical assistance during the development phase.
  • Collaborate with the QA team in testing the product feature and the efficacy of the target integrated workflow.
  • Collaborate effectively with remote teams for the deliverables.
  • Manage End to End Responsibility of the deliverables.
  • Support the sales team on client pitches for technical support.
  • Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including presentations, demonstrations, and RFP responses related to technology.
  • Understand and communicate all product and technological strategies employed by competitive and complimentary organizations in the trade finance industry.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the architecture and infrastructure including the customers, the prospects, the partners, and the competitors.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer and partner satisfaction within your designated accounts.
  • Maintain a positive, professional 'total customer service' attitude and demonstrate Traydstream's Core Values

Required Qualifications:


  • 10 years of experience within a technology function or a SaaS Based Solution Enterprise with exposure to cloudbased environments.
  • Proven track record of client management
  • Experience with enterprise software development preferably using Python frameworks such as Django or Fast API
  • Experience in developing integrations between systems using Restful APIs
  • Good understanding of various authentication and authorization techniques
  • Proficiency in tools like swagger, postman etc
  • Extensive client servicing experience in a B2B environment
  • Superior interpersonal and client management skills
  • Ability to produce professional client collateral.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.
