The Company

Our client is a prominent market leader in real estate investment company with porfolios spanning across APAC region, publicly listed on Asia stock exchanges.

They are looking to hire an Accountant, Group Finance to be based in Singapore.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Group Finance and this role will be responsible for maintaing the group entity's full set of accounts and reporting.

You shall be involved in the day-to-day accounting transactions and finance operation of the holding entity such as budget and payments.

Managing the invoice approval and payment process in coordination with the service providers to ensure the authorization is in compliance with the relevant Delegation of Authority matrix.

You shall assist in preparation for monthly management reports, tax reporting for statutory and management reporting purposes and involve financial consolidation for management and statutory reporting purposes.

Assist in liaising with external auditors to get the annual statutory and non-statutory financial statements signed off by auditors and management letter issues resolved.

Support in other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Your Profile

Degree in Accounting, Finance, CPA or equivalent.

years of relevant work experience and ideally with prior audit experience with public accounting firm and commercial experience with financial accounting at group level.

Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Meticulous with details and accurate with numbers.
Possess an analytical mind, resultsoriented and enjoys working in a fastpaced work environment.
Possess strong learning agility and an eagerness to pick up new challenges.
Independent and able to initiate.
