Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you will contribute to creating Corporate/Workplace interior projects. Collaborating closely with a Senior Designer and other team members, your primary responsibilities will include supporting Sketchup design approaches, developing project design and presentation drawings, and coordinating with various consultants. Additionally, your involvement in project meetings and presentations as required is crucial.

Job Description:

Extensive experience in corporate interior space planning.
Develop and implement corporate office interior design concepts.
Execute effective design presentation strategies.
Provide oversight of the entire interior design process, ensuring alignment with project timeline, budget, and program.
Coordinate material and color selection, and oversee interior construction administration.
Possess strong multi-tasking abilities and thrive in a multicultural work environment.
Manage project deliverables throughout the concept, schematic, design development, and tender stages.
Collaborate on projects with regional design studios and project consultants as necessary.
Actively participate in project meetings, and client presentations, and be willing to travel as needed.
Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

A minimum of 3-5 years experience in corporate/workplace interior design and interior architecture.
Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, meeting project deadlines with speed and precision.
Passionate about corporate office interior design and creating inspiring public spaces.
Strong design portfolio specifically highlighting corporate office interior projects.
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
Highly proficient in AutoCAD, visualization and Microsoft Office tools.
