Description

A project manager with min. 3 years of relevant experience in electrical, on-site project management and working with contractors.

Responsibilities:

Develop the project plans and define the project scope, goals and deliverables with team members
Coordinate the planning and implementation of project
Plan and schedule project timelines with project engineers
Define resource requirements based on tasks required
Manage project budget and resource allocation
Provide direction and support to project, support and service teams
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Provide periodic project evaluations and assessment of results
Review the quality of the work completed to ensure that it meets the project standards
Manage the relationship with the vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Measure project performance and provide timely update to higher management
Perform any other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II or other project management certification
Minimum 3 years working experience in project management with medium/large sized projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with expertise in conflict resolution
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency with project management software tools including but not limited to JIRA, Microsoft Projects, MS Excel, etc
Preferred experience in electrical LV (must be able to read SLD, and understand electrical installation inside buildings)
Familarize with BCA and NEA requirements on sustainability
