Project Manager


Responsibilities:


  • Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledge in project management relating to all operational and administrative processes.
  • Lead and provide direction in construction planning, coordinate works with Client, Consultants, and subcontractors to ensure overall construction progress on schedule of works up to delivery or hand over to Clients.
  • Able to carry out project forecasting, planning, scheduling, cost control and project documentation.
  • Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety and environmental regulations are complied with.
  • Lead a team of project staff.

Requirements:


  • Experience in project management.
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess a valid class 3A driving License.
