    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with project and service teams to understand electronic security system requirements and contribute to the development of comprehensive procurement strategies.

    2. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal terms and pricing for electronic security components.

    3. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from issuing RFQs and RFPs to evaluating vendor proposals and making informed recommendations for supplier selection.

    4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance the availability and quality of electronic security products.

    5. Analyze project budgets and cost estimates to identify opportunities for cost savings, while ensuring compliance with quality standards and project specifications.

    6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to align procurement activities with project timelines and objectives.

    7. Create, Process and Organize PR,PO,DN,GRN and logistics processes end to end for both Projects and Service Departments.

    8. Monitor and manage supplier performance, addressing any issues promptly and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

    9. Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements, mitigating risks associated with contracts and supplier relationships.

    Requirements:

    1. Diploma in Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

    2. Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the electronic security systems or technology industry.

    3. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favorable terms and conditions.

    4. Familiarity with electronic security system components, technologies, and suppliers.

    5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess project requirements and optimize procurement processes.

    6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

    7. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

    8. Proficient in procurement software, SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
