- Consolidate the forecast roll up from the countries and review with leaders for the vertical business (Human Identification, Microarray, Agribusiness)
- Report preparation for monthly business review (MBR) and quarterly business review (QBR) with regional and global team
- Assists the annual budget planning (AOP) with consolidating the country submission and system loading
- Working with global system and reporting team to ensure financial data quality
- Provide the weekly performance update to regional and country team including revenue, order booking and instrument units
- Forecast loading into the system to align with the country forecast submission
- Coordinate with APJ demand planner to finalize the monthly instrument unit forecast
- Consolidate the Opex country submission on a monthly basis
- Maintain and update the GSD CSD PowerBI for regional and country team
- Prepare the headcount report with job categories by countries to APJ leadership team
- Coordinate with APJ sales operation team to report the funnels status as per Global SFDC compliance
- Handle any Adhoc report (P&L, slides graphs, Power BI, SFDC)
- Bachelor's Degree in accountancy, Finance or equivalent
- 0 to 2 years of progressive experience in accounting function in an MNC environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in MS Word and Excel, and in ERP systems ( SAP, JDE E1)
