Lead Generation Director

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Generation Director to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies and driving revenue growth for the company. The Lead Generation Director will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and collaboration towards achieving the company's overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive revenue growth, including lead scoring, lead nurturing, and lead qualification.
Identify and evaluate new lead sources and opportunities, including digital channels, social media, events, and partnerships.
Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to measure and report on the performance of lead generation initiatives.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies, tactics, and messaging.
Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on lead generation best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in lead generation and apply them to improve performance and efficiency.
Manage a team of lead generation specialists, and provide guidance and coaching to ensure high performance and development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
At least 7-10 years of experience in lead generation, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Strong knowledge of lead generation best practices, tools, and technologies, including marketing automation systems.
Experience in managing and developing a team of lead generation specialists.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to develop actionable insights and strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and other teams.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic, who is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
