- Responsible for a full project delivery life cycle for both business & technical projects.
- Align with project stakeholders to break down the requirements into deliverable work packages and collect all relevant & necessary information to form a project plan.
- Facilitate weekly status meetings to ensure projects are progressing along with the project plan and record action items.
- Work closely with project stakeholders to resolve issues and/or unclarities encountered during a project.
- Identify task dependencies and project risks and schedule the project accordingly to ensure the project can be completed on time.
- Collaborate with PM & Tech Leads to identify & solidify the project plan for the upcoming quarter and provide feedback as to a tactful plan to complete the projects.
- Maintain & update the quarterly plan constantly so the audience has a snapshot of the project progress.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of what each Developer & QAs capabilities are and work with Tech Leads to allocate resources.
- Facilitate bug fixes raised by the Local Teams in UAT or Live-testing phases.
- Develop & configure Jira board & filters for others to quickly locate their tasks and/or bugs.
- Identify the most appropriate approach to delivering a project.
- Assess the impact of project timelines on the quarterly plan when theres an unexpected project or bug.
- Negotiate with Product Managers and/or Tech Leads on the delivery timeline based on development & testing resources and align the expectation.
- Identify inefficiencies in the whole project delivery process and take corrective actions.
- Generate weekly and monthly project delivery report. Requirements:
- A Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field from an accredited university.
- A resourceful problem solver, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and are able to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Driven and takes initiative at work.
- Have good listening skills and have the ability to turn feedback into action items.
- A quick learner and be coachable.
