What We're Looking For


We're looking for a curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented individual to join as an intern in our fast-growing BD and Marketing team.

This individual must be passionate about data with a strong eye for detale. Did you catch that? Good.

As a part of the Business Development and Marketing team, this role centers on collaborating with colleagues to utilize a range of tools for data cleansing, analysis, research, and visualization.

These activities are crucial for driving lead generation and bolstering the business pipeline.

The position also plays a role in supporting various functions across our Southeast Asia businesses, supplying necessary insights, tools, and resources to facilitate success.


We need someone who is highly organized and process-oriented, keen focus on adopting a data-driven approach, excel through proactive engagement, enjoys communicating with all levels.

Someone with a sense of humor who knows how to celebrate wins and have fun along the way.


Specific responsibilities include:


Business Development

  • Plan and support BD activities, which includes generating reports, dashboard, tracking various metrics.
  • Ensure data quality in CRM systems and support sales data management.
  • Provide administrative support for BD initiatives.
  • Execute automations and other sales campaigns.
  • Execute industry/market/company research and analysis

Marketing

  • Participate in the execution of client engagement events (both virtual and inperson).
  • Support the content creation process for marketing material.
  • Conduct research on regional marketing opportunities, target companies
  • Generation of Marketing reports in our CRM (marketing campaigns; new leads; referrals, meetings, opportunities, and sales achieved as a result of marketing activities)
  • Monitoring of campaigns and the calendar of marketing activities

What to take note of:

  • This role requires you to work from BTS Singapore office from Monday
  • Friday except public holidays and weekends.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or requisite experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong in verbal communication and written skills, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and LinkedIn preferred
