Role: Security & Systems Operation Engineer (24/7 Shift)

Hiring Entity: Asia Digital Exchange Pte. Ltd. ("AsiaNext")

Location: Singapore, on-site

About Us

AsiaNext is a trusted digital exchange for institutional investors in Asia and globally. It will offer integrated listing, trading, and post-trade services for digital assets, including digital payment tokens. This joint venture between SBI Digital Asset Holdings Co., Ltd. (SBI DAH) and SIX Digital Exchange (SDX) will provide an institutional-grade platform to enable the tokenization and trading of existing securities and non-bankable assets.

AsiaNext will support the growing institutional demand for trading of public and private digital assets. It will leverage the extensive networks of SBI DAH in Asia and SDX in Switzerland and Europe, as well as their joint expertise in fulfilling institutional investors' needs. Both SBI DAH and SDX have demonstrated leadership in digital asset markets globally through multiple investments, issuances and initiatives in this space.

About this role:-

Being part of the Technology Department of AsiaNext, you will work in a team to provide 24x7 security and technical operations support for our digital exchange.

Responsibilities

Daily operational monitoring and analysis of security and operations events from multiple consoles/sources on 24x7 shift basis
Perform IT and Security operations and incident management which includes monitoring, triaging and analysis of cyber security and operations events
Timely escalation and tracking of incidents to ensure prompt responses to all reported incidents
Execution of SOC procedures in accordance with the cyber incident playbook
Follow-up on remediation activities and outstanding operation ticket
Develop, maintain and update all relevant documentation (SOPs, case tickets, etc.) for continuous improvements of AsiaNext's operations
Advise clients on their technical support enquiries.

Qualifications And Experience

Education

Diploma, or Higher NITEC in Information Technology (IT), IT Security or related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience And Skill

Prior experience in working in a NOC/SOC environment or handling IT operations will be desirable
Good understanding of Cyber Security, Security Incident Response and/or IT Incident Response
Good understanding on TCP/IP networks
Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Microsoft Office tools, AWS services
Knowledge on ITIL/ISO20001 and ITSM is an advantage
Experience in the operation mode of a digital exchange and knowledge on blockchain technologies would be an added advantage
Excellent communication skills
Collaborative, self-discipline and team focus
Willing to work in different shifts to cover the 24x7 operations

Rotate on fortnightly basis:-

Time:

7.30am to 7.30pm (Day Shift)

7.30pm to 7.30am (Night Shift)
