    Description

    Main Roles and Responsibilities

    1. Provide academic leadership and support in the management and delivery of the following:

    a. Research Papers and Publications

    b. Research Project and Policy Analysis

    c. Preparatory Training

    d. Enhancement of programme for Bachelor's degree

    e. Representation and Advocacy

    2. Perform administrative duties as required of an academic staff

    a. Assist in the planning and organisation of a variety of activities, such as industry collaboration, or any internal/external events

    b. Establish and maintain links with the industry and institutions to foster a holistic approach of intellectual discourse alongside industry practice

    3. Keep up to date on the development of discipline-related teaching and research practices and learning strategies

    4. Perform other academic/administrative duties as assigned from time to time

    Requirements

    1. Minimum Master's degree in a Research/Performing Arts discipline

    2. Minimum 10 years of extensive academic, research and/or industry experience

    3. Able to perform in a fast-paced environment, to adapt, multi-task and meet deadlines

    4. A team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and writing skills

    5. Strong track record of research/practice, with actual or potential research output in your chosen field, preferably of interdisciplinary nature

    6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
