Description
We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Executive ,HR to join our team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our organization, reporting directly to the Executive Director (ED). Your primary responsibilities will be handling the HR needs of our organization.

Perform staff payroll activities

  • Complete payroll processes, including accurate and timely payroll administration, compliance with tax regulations, and coordination with finance executive.
  • Handle payroll, CPF, income tax, calculate no pay leave/parttime work/contract work
  • Compute and prepare form IR8A annually for Auto-Inclusion
  • Handle staff medical and insurance claim
Implement HR policies

  • Maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Implement the latest HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare HR policies, procedures and Staff Handbook for implementation
  • Manage staff welfare, leave records and insurance policy
  • Handle staff insurance claims and insurance policy renewal
Perform recruitment and selection activities

  • Assist the Executive Director in the recruitment and selection process
  • Handle job advertisements, reply to job applicants, arrange interview, preemployment check up
  • Prepare all HR letters
  • Issue Letter of Appointment, job description, staff letter on contract / probation / confirmation / increment / bonus / promotion / termination / resignation
  • Conduct orientation for new staff
  • Liaise with MOM for Employment Pass
Perform performance and rewards activities

  • Assist in the appraisal review for support staff
  • Summarise performance rating for the Management
  • Review, standardize and document performance ratings
  • Arrange performance appraisal, probation review, exit interview
  • Conduct computation of salary increment, AWS, AVC and PB
Provide HR operations support

  • Prepare name list of staff, Management Committee members
  • Deal with MOM on matters pertaining to HR
  • Handle training records
  • Conduct submission of Adhoc Survey Form to MSF/NCSS
Any other duties as assigned by the Executive Director


Other Requirements:


  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws and regulations, including those set forth by MOM.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about fostering a positive work culture and supporting employee growth and development.
