    Roles & Responsibilities

    Primary Objective(s) of Position

    Donors and volunteers continue to be the lifeblood of AWWA, one of Singapore's largest social service agencies. With over 25 different services within a single organisation, this is an exciting opportunity for someone to translate a passion for data into meaningful outcomes to support AWWA's mission of supporting early childhood education, children with developmental needs, families with complex social issues, the elderly, and persons with additional needs so that they remain integrated and included in their communities.

    The incumbent will provide crucial administrative as part of the Stakeholder Engagement team, and review and maintain the in-house customer relationship management system, with particular responsibility for financial data input, reporting, data management, and receipt issuance. This is a full-time, on-site position.

    Key Accountability: Database Administration

    • Ensure that the customer relationship system is kept fully up-to-date and all records comply with relevant safety and data protection policies
    • Process all donations
    • Filter data and generate reports and information with the Fundraising team
    • Responding to supporter and member enquiries, as required
    • Work with personnel from Stakeholder Engagement, and the Finance team on donation imports and reconciliation
    • Assist with the preparation of direct marketing appeals by recording donations, and managing the acknowledgement process
    • Ensure timely and accurate manual recording of all donor information onto the database
    • Ensure that all fundraising donations are correctly identified and accurately allocated
    • Ensure timely and accurate inputting of data from third party systems
    • Support the Employee Giving administration process including data-recording

    Key Accountability: Fundraising Administration

    • Respond appropriately to, and support key partners, with specific donation requests/partner relationships
    • Adhere to data protection guidelines
    • Respond to donors via e-mails & web enquiries in a courteous manner
    • Work cross-functionally with other departments on key events and campaigns as necessary (e.g. review of thank you letters/donor receipts)

    Key Accountability: Others

    • Download, and be the custodian of web-based donation reports
    • Be the custodian of stockkeeping of Stakeholder Engagement assets and inventory – e.g. tokens of appreciation, banners, and other collateral

    The above activities are no means exhaustive and are subjected to amendment whenever is needed.

    Job Requirements

    • One to two years of relevant experience
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
    • Excellent project and budget management skills
    • Must have experience with customer relationship systems
    • Experience in creating comprehensive reports
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel
    • Knowledge of non-profits is a plus
    • Good situational judgement and critical thinking skills
    • Passion for social impacts and outcomes
