- Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, learning and development, on/off boarding procedures, performance management etc.
- Manage all Work Pass related matters including application, renewal, cancellation, etc.
- Facilitate appropriate training and development activities for employees including staff orientation, staff communication etc.
- To undertake any other ad hoc HR/administrative duties as assigned from time to time
- Able to multitask, meticulous and highly organised
- Excellent communication and people engagement skills
- Ability to communicate with people from all levels
- Proactive, strong team player and able to work independently
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resource generalist role and payroll administration
- Experience in Info-Tech HRMS will be advantageous
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
