KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary point of contact for key account clients, understanding their IT needs and requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
Lead project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established milestones.
Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure timely project delivery.
Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices, processes, and methodologies
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project delivery efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience (58 years) in IT project management, preferably within a clientfacing role.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
Experience working with crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software development lifecycle is desirable.
Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and projectrelated activities.
