What the role is

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future ready built environment for Singapore. Besides regulating building safety, we lead and transform the built environment sector in delivering a safe, high quality, sustainable and friendly built environment.

We are looking for resourceful, energetic and self-motivated individuals who are inspired to play an active role to make a difference to Singapore's built environment.

What you will be working on

Plan, design and run design thinking / service design workshops
Collect, analyse, synthesize and draw insights and conclusions from feedback, workshop output, research materials and other data points to formulate hypothesis and recommendations
Assimilate results into coherent presentation formats and communicate results to sell recommendations effectively to stakeholders and senior management
Derive high quality deliverables for every phase of the project as agreed upon with stakeholders
Create a designminded environment and build design capabilities amongst project team members

What we are looking for

At least 23 years handson design thinking / service design experience, preferably with some UX/UI skills
Portfolio that demonstrates experience in creating usercentric design solutions, with at least 1 service design BPR project using a structured approach
Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders and senior management
Experience in project management of digital products will be an added advantage
