What you'll do:

You will be part of a dynamic team at the Singapore Heart Foundation, supporting the PR & Comms department in their day-to-day operations and activities.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Writing & proofreading

Conduct indepth research on trending topics, news reporting, heart and health related information to generate new content ideas.
Excel in writing SEO articles, quarterly newsletter, eDM, speeches, social media posts, emcee scripts, marketing collaterals, as well as any other necessary documents and reports.
Excel in proofread of all content for errors and inconsistencies

Digital marketing

Maintain accurate data records & documentation and perform analysis for performance optimization.

Video production & editing

Responsible for conceptualization, execution, management and production of video content (e.g., corporate video, livestreams, health talks and existing footages).
Edit video content that adheres to company guidelines and standards.
Communicate with third party vendor to ensure a smooth running of each video project when required.

PR & Media

Manage the PR agency for proactive media pitching, press releases, media advisories, media monitoring and reporting.
Assist in media relation, provide timely and accurate response to media enquiries.

Others

Support the PR & Communications department in daily administrative tasks and perform other duties as requested to ensure all necessary tasks are performed in a proficient manner
Assist in managing third party vendors such as event company, production studio, translation house, social media agency, freelance photographer, etc.

What we'd prefer you bring:

Excellent command of English & Chinese languages
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Internet and technologysavvy
Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok)
Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
Basic photography, Video editing and graphic designing abilities desired
Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Comfortable with multitasking in a deadlinedriven environment
Meticulous and has an eye for detail
Positive attitude towards learning
