Management Trainee.

The successful talent will have the opportunity to develop their capabilities working on business-critical projects. You will have exposure to various commercial and operational areas to learn and grow.

Who we are looking for:

Build a deep understanding of our customers and create content they will value
Work towards individual monthly, quarterly KPI's and targets to support the wider sales and marketing team goals
Liaise with marketing to achieve a joint volume and value target of opportunities, using their content to further your success
Proactively call, understand the needs of and engage with Unleashed Software customers, who have shown an interest in our products through referrals
Proactively calling leads alongside utilizing inbound marketing sourced leads
Utilize Access Sales enablement technology to generate leads through industry leading /best practice sales techniques
Some qualification, Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales or any equivalent
A can do attitude, be flexible and practical
Attention to detail, be a team player, have creative problem solving skills
The ability to interact with people
To be Selfmotivated and able to stayontask to completion
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
A high degree of selfreliance, resilience, adaptability and motivation
Strong desire to be a future leader
