What You'll Do:

Manage meter replacement contracts for Elect Meters
Ensure that daytoday contract operations run smoothly
Identify endoflife meters for replacement, inclusive of conducting meter site survey
Perform planning and scheduling of jobs for contractors, ensuring contractors execute the work as planned.
Preparation of meter replacement notices. This includes prepare/send notification letters via Toppan to customers, printing of lift lobby notices.
Assign jobs to contractors/field workers accounts in WWMS portal
Perform ad hoc onsite meter replacement of electricity meters when required
Attend to customers' queries / feedbacks / complaints related to meter replacement issues timely and professionally. Efficiently assign contractors/staff to perform 1st level troubleshooting when required
Manage issuance and collection of new meters at SP store
Ensure scraping of endoflife meters at SP authorized vendor are done correctly
Assist to diagnose errors related to metering works and suggest proper improvements
Perform investigation and report of incidences related to meter replacement work
Required to drive as per job demands.

What You'll Need:

Possess background in electrical discipline; related handson experience would be preferred
Possess positive learning attitude and excellent customer service mindset
Can commit to perform work after office hours and/or public holidays when required
Experience in past customer service / field support roles would be an advantage
Possession of mínimal Class 3 driving license with no past records of traffic offences
Able to demonstrate leadership / manmanagement skills
