Staff Software Engineer

Business Banking - COO Pace Crew (IT)

You will contribute to the financial wellbeing of our customers by ensuring that our team builds the best solutions possible using modern development practices that ensure both functional and nonfunctional needs are met.

Reporting lines:
You will report to Engineering Manager / Senior Engineering Manager or similar.

Roles & responsibilities:

Staff Software Engineer will work with our crew tech lead and/or other solution/ enterprise architectures and will be working in a team.
He / she will be focusing on finalizing the design and overall solution for development and deployment to our cloud infrastructure.
Will optimize solutions to simplify our technology landscape.

Essential Skills:

Experience in creating high level solution architecture flows.
Experience in BIAN architecture
Awareness
Experience in Microservices Architecture
Experience in developing technical solutions using: Net Core, C#, Web API, React
REST and API Development Experience
Source control systems such as Github
Build & Deployment tools such as TeamCity, Octopus Deploy
Database such as Oracle
Cloud platforms such as AWS
Experience in TDD
Awareness

or Experience of Monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana

Awareness

or Experience in DevOps or DevSecOps

Experience in Secure Coding Practices
Good Communication and Presentation Skills

Qualifications:
BE, B Tech, MCA or equivalent
