Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment Consultant (Maid & Caregiver Agency)

We are a reputable maid agency in Singapore seeking a dedicated recruitment consultant to join our team. As a recruitment consultant, you will play a crucial role in connecting reliable domestic helpers with families in need. Your responsibilities will include:

Maid Database Management:

Reviewing existing maid databases.
Conducting interviews to select and filter competent and trustworthy helpers.
Extracting maid data from various suppliers.
Uploading and maintaining these databases in our online system.
Recommend suitable maid

Client Management:

Communicating with clients to understand their requirements.
Facilitating suitable maid matches for families.
Coordinating WhatsApp video interviews between clients and maids.
Assisting with logistics for maids arriving in Singapore (pick-up or deployment to employer homes).
Conducting post-placement home visits or telephone calls to check if assistance is needed.

Requirements:

CEI Certification: Candidates must possess the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) certification. If you don't have it yet, we can guide you through the process.
Flexible Work Arrangement: Whether you prefer part-time or full-time, as long as you can deliver results, we welcome you.
Compensation: Enjoy a competitive basic salary along with attractive commissions for successful placements.
