A unique and exciting leadership opportunity to build and shape the data strategy of a globally renowned financial services organisation
:

Based in Singapore, this role will be responsible for:

Developing the firm's data strategy and execution model
Develop and align data initiatives across the group with the data strategy and framework by partnering with business and corporate functions

The role will cover the following areas:

Development of data strategy
Designing data operating model and organization
Data architecture
Data Life cycle
Data Solutions
Global and regional stakeholder management
Team Management

Job Requirements:

A minimum of 15 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in Data Strategy and / or Data Management.
A strong understanding of Data Strategy, Data Management, and Data Analytics principles, and one or more of industrystandard Data Management methodologies and capability models.
Consulting experience at a toptier consultancy, or a similar internal change / transformation role within a leading Financial Services organisation.
A background in Financial Services (e.g. banking, insurance, investment management).
Experience leading small projects and teams.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong experience and comfort working autonomously and in team environments.
