Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
Manage and hire staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new employees.
Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, and scheduling expenditures.
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.

Requirements:

5+ years of project management experience in banking industry
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
Proven success working with all levels of management and proficiency in managing cross-functional teams
Result-orientated mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation skills

Preferred skills and qualifications:

Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
Experience in developing platforms for internal processes
Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
Experience in Java, SpringBoot, Angular/ReactJS, MongoDB, MySQL, Linux, etc will be added advantage
