    Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Review, assess, and analyze Consultancy Request For Proposal (RFP) documents, including General Conditions of Contracts, Particular Conditions, Instruction to Tenderers, Project Brief, Scope of Works, Indemnity and Insurance Requirements, Programme, Submission Requirements, etc. Provide Directors with a summary of findings on project requirements and recommendations.
    • Prepare Fee Proposals and all necessary submission documents required for RFP submissions, coordinating with stakeholders to obtain feedback/input for completion.
    • Participate in bid negotiations alongside Directors, including preparing supporting documents, justifications, and responses.
    • Review and analyze Consultancy Agreements/Contracts/Letters of Award to ensure that agreed terms and negotiation basis are fully incorporated. Advise Directors on findings and recommendations.
    • Prepare Letter of Award/Sub-Consultancy Agreements to appoint Sub-Consultants.
    • Prepare payment applications to Clients for milestone stages, review, assess, and process corresponding payments to Sub-Consultants/Vendors.
    • Develop Preliminary Project Programmes/Design Schedules, including Micro-Programs in coordination with Directors, Project Architects, and relevant stakeholders.
    • Provide advice and support to Directors/Project Architect/Project team on contract scope and deliverables matters.

    Requirements:

    • Hold a recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Building.
    • Possess between 1 to 5 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying, projects coordination, and/or contracts administration management.
