    Description:

    • Drive business expansion by strategically acquiring clients and planning growth initiatives.
    • Establish strategic partnerships to create new opportunities and foster growth.
    • Cultivate strong client relationships aligned with sustainability goals.
    • Develop sales and revenue strategies to increase market share.
    • Improve operational efficiency and reduce costs through process enhancements.
    • Manage resource allocation and utilization, including personnel and finances.
    • Set and track goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Prepare and manage budgets for business operations and growth.
    • Analyze financial data to guide decision-making and investments.
    • Implement strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Present plans and strategies to key stakeholders.
    • Provide management with regular updates on business development and operations.
    • Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and negotiating lease terms.

    Your Core Skills & Experience:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is advantageous).
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Familiarity with ESG initiatives and sustainable practices.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development and operations management.
    • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
    • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace preferred.
    • Data analysis skills for informed decision-making.
    • Commitment to furthering knowledge of sustainability integration into business practices.
