Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to support our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Project cash flow management and forecasting to join our organization.

As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the Project cash flow and maintaining financial control.

You will be responsible for creating accurate cash flow projections, analysing financial data, implementing cash flow strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency for all Projects.

***Cash Flow Management & Projections:

Collaborate with CCO and CFO to develop and manage Project cash flow and analysing variances.
Monitor and manage the project cash outflow position on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
Forecast cash flow positions based on Project Supplier payment terms and develop strategies to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational requirements.
Identify and analyse cash flow patterns, trends, and potential risks.
Implement effective cash flow forecasting models and tools to enhance accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare comprehensive Project cash flow projections, considering factors such as revenue, expenses, capital expenditures, debt obligations, and working capital requirements.

Financial Analysis:

Conduct indepth financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize cash flow processes.
Analyse financial statements and key performance indicators to assess the financial health of the organization.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.

Cash Flow Optimization:

Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, such as improving collections, tracking Supplier payment terms and reducing working capital.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and minimize cash flow bottlenecks.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and cash flow improvement through financial analysis and proactive decisionmaking.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate cash flow risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
Monitor and assess the impact of external factors, such as economic conditions, regulatory changes, and industry trends, on cash flow.

Reporting and Communication:

Prepare regular Project cash flow reports, including actual vs. projected cash flows, key performance indicators, and financial metrics.
Present cash flow analysis and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of cash flow data.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of working and proven experience as a Project Finance Manager, Financial Analyst, or similar role, preferably with exposure to cash flow management and forecasting.
Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in financial modelling and cash flow forecasting techniques.
Indepth knowledge of cash flow management principles, financial markets, and risk management.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
