DESIGNATION :
Talent Acquisition Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure efficiency and effectiveness throughout the talent acquisition process and improve the processes as and when necessary.
Compiling, consolidating and safekeeping of job descriptions in a database.
Compile and update different type of reports for Talent Acquisition team
Build and ensure updated recruitment tracking dashboard at all times
Work together with Human Resource Technology on Applicant Tracking System and any recruitment technologies in the organisation.
Manage and handle the talent acquisition matters for MyCareersFuture, Singapore website
Support global launch of HR, talent acquisition related events (including career fairs / career related events)
Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Company

QUALIFICATIONS
- _BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field_

Proven work experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role.

- _ Required 2 years of relevant experience._
