Customer Service Officer - Singapore - Surbana Jurong Private Limited
Description
Responsibilities:
- To manage the Customer Service Counter;
- To manage the daytoday feedbacks/complains;
- To coordinate with Asset Management Team on withdrawal and return of vouchers and premiums;
- To assist in administering and submit report at the end of each promotion;
- To ensure that manual forms and online forms tally every day;
- To ensure promotions stock available for daily promotions;
- To assist in administering token for the bookings of BBQ pits;
- To assist in administering social media contest; and
- Any other duties assigned as part of the Customer Service Officer's responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 GCE "O" Level passes and/or proficient in English.
- Applicants are able to work on Shifts, on weekends and Public Holidays.
- Location: East
