Responsibilities:

  • To manage the Customer Service Counter;
  • To manage the daytoday feedbacks/complains;
  • To coordinate with Asset Management Team on withdrawal and return of vouchers and premiums;
  • To assist in administering and submit report at the end of each promotion;
  • To ensure that manual forms and online forms tally every day;
  • To ensure promotions stock available for daily promotions;
  • To assist in administering token for the bookings of BBQ pits;
  • To assist in administering social media contest; and
  • Any other duties assigned as part of the Customer Service Officer's responsibilities.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 GCE "O" Level passes and/or proficient in English.
  • Applicants are able to work on Shifts, on weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Location: East
