Roles & Responsibilities

The Offshore Premier Banking Manager plays a key role in our Premier Banking Asia segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspire team members to reach their full potential in sales and service excellence.
Provide coaching & motivation to optimize financial contributions to Premier Banking Offshore.
Implement service initiatives following Customer Experience guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
Ensure RMs comply with Premier Banking Offshore marketing guidelines.
Manage operations risk and uphold the bank's operational standards.
Ensure compliance with all bank standards.
Contribute to the profitability and growth of Premier Banking Offshore.
Responsible for market coverage in Malaysia, Indonesia, and China.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years' experience in banking and financial services with a proven track record in financial product sales and team management.
Strong background in effective team management.
Hold a university degree.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
Preferably experienced in Southeast Asia markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, and Thailand.
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities with effective management skills.
Display initiative, drive, and ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
Must be creative, with the drive to support business development in assigned key markets.
