- Train, develop, supervise and mentor the respective departments (including secretaries, in-house flight attendants) to manage meal preparations, safety and hygiene practices when serving meals to the senior executives and key stakeholder(s)
- Design and review of menus or recipes for the meals preparation for the senior executives and key stakeholder(s)
- Monitor and oversee sanitation practices and ensure that regulations and excellent hygiene standards are always being strictly adhered to, including inspecting cleanliness of culinary utensils and work areas for meal preparation.
- Coordinate all pantry food supplies purchasing, budgeting and planning operations
- Responsible for coordination for external services to ensure planned events/ activities are executed according to plans. This includes appropriate setting up of decoration & ambience such as floral arrangements; door gifts and wines (as and when required).
- Maintain frequent and direct communication with key stakeholder(s) to consistently deliver the best value to them
- Any other tasks as assigned
