    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are currently seeking a dynamic and results driven professional to join our Business Information Services Team in Singapore.

    Mission:

    This role requires the incumbent to be responsible for increasing the market penetration of business information products and achieve the sales targets yearly as set in the budget. Be an individual hunter of new business to drive incremental growth in country. Be a brand ambassador by engaging the opinion leaders in the specified area.

    Job Description:

    New Business Development:

    • Responsible for evaluating sales opportunities and business case presentation to new to Coface segment with the objective to expand market penetration and grow the profits.
    • Develop strong pipeline of accounts and data validation on internal CRM tool (CENTRIX application).
    • Drive product / technical knowledge for commercial use and prepares estimates and tenders in accordance with sales and pricing policy.
    • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions, accurate pricing & quotation process.
    • Liaise with Commercial Operations for contract amendments, NDA execution and clause book entries including validation process.
    • Customer management - drive high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout all areas of the business.
    • Adhere to compliance standards set by Coface and assure compliance with all regulatory requirements of areas of regulated businesses.
    • Executing derogation requests for key clients with approval from management.
    • Organizing pricing sheets, signed contract documents, customer details to back office for seamless new business set up.
    • Complete end-to-end new business process of customer and activate the account.
    • Work with the marketing and customer success teams on pre-sale and post-sale engagements.

    Communication:

    • Clear communication with respect to goals and results.
    • Establish and maintain communication links with other internal departments to identify all sales opportunities.
    • Participate in external events organized within India representing the company in the best light for building new business contacts and information sales.
    • Work closely with the local Commercial teams to achieve the highest efficiency of the sales process by following group offering procedures, well-tailored offers and cost control.

    Requirements:

    • University graduate in Finance, Business Administration/Data Management/Finance.
    • Minimum 5 -7 years' solid experience in sales experience ideally within Financial / Business Information industry.
    • Prior experience in Financial/ Business Information industry and multicultural/international corporate environment will be a plus.
    • Solid understanding of business, financial, products/services, the market, and the needs of assigned areas
    • Understands emerging market trends and interdependencies impacting customers; leverages understanding to expand relationships with customers. May be recognized as an expert in one area.
    • Complexity is high (territory/account, products/services, sales management process). Requires developed sales expertise across a defined portfolio of /services/accounts; applies expertise in a complex sales environment.
    • Works independently to identify, pursue or manage accounts/opportunities with large size/strategic importance/risk of loss. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may serve as team lead and help develop colleagues' and customers' understanding. Has autonomy to set and negotiate product/service terms; plans own territory or account.
    • Collaborates with team and has direct contact with clients and decision makers; participates in team sales for major accounts.
    • Leads the negotiations on medium-sized, complex accounts; plans own territory or account works within broad guidelines and policies to develop business with new and existing customers.
