Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Attend to customers' requests for repair and servicing and make necessary recommendations.
  • Administer all documentation e.g. job card and use of SAP.
  • Assist customers in checking in their cars for repairs and servicing.
  • Promote customers' relations and ensure customers' satisfaction on all repair/servicing activities.
  • Ensure counters are neatly and properly maintained and 5S are practised.
  • Look out for any potential safety breaches and ensure workplan safety at reception.
  • Ensure customers are served promptly.
  • To make suggestions and improvements to current processes and contribute to innovation and productivity at workplace.
  • Monitor and ensure job status is updated promptly to customer.
  • To address conflicts between customers and staff.
  • To positively influence working culture at workplace and promote cooperation and collaboration.

Requirements:


  • Diploma/NITEC in Automotive Technology
  • 3 years of customer service experience in automotive industry and 2 years in vehicle preventive/corrective maintenance.
  • Comprehension of basic technical problems and estimate servicing time required by workshop.
  • Experience in troubleshooting
  • Good communication skills and have the ability to relate to customers effectively
  • Possess excellent PR skills
  • Develop plans to complete repairs on time with colleagues
  • Identify work problems, evaluate options and implement solutions
  • Microsoft Office and preferably with SAP
  • Able to work independently with mínimal guidance
