5 day week

No split shift

No Midnight shift

Fun and friendly working environment

Food will be provided

Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the daily activities of the backof house kitchen
  • Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables and meats
  • Follow instructions on ingredient handlings to minimize food waste
  • Check Inventory from time to time
  • Prepares and serve menu items in compliant with menu recipe and standards
  • Prepare work stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service

Job Requirements:


  • Must be able to communicate well with team members
  • With minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Able to report on food wastages and know basic costing of food ingredients for the menu
  • Process food safety and hygiene certification
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays
  • Clean and hygienic in food and beverage handling
