Responsibilities:


Insurance

  • Insurance premium calculations and payment and liaising with the Brokers/Reinsurance and Front Office
  • Reviewing and updating of insurance counterparty checks
  • Managing reports and maintaining of insurance compliance tracker
  • Managing renewals and updates of brokers compliancerelated checks and renewing insurers and brokers NDA
  • Counterparty KYC validity checks

Secondary Loan & Loan Trading Execution

  • Preparation and execution of Transfer Certificate, LMA Trade Confirmation, Pricing Letter
  • Management of original trade documents
  • Counterparty KYC validity checks
  • NDA negotiations, signing and approvals
  • MAS 628 reporting
  • Interdepartment communication to facilitate access to deal info and investors' Q&A
Syndications

  • Roadshow arrangements (flights, venue booking, transport logistics)
  • Assist in formatting, compiling of info pack, presentation materials, reports, etc.

Counterparty KYC Checks

  • Banks, Insurance & Investors' counterparty checks (renewing, approvals and updating)

Other duties

  • C&I reports
  • Adhoc projects and duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in banks preferably in syndication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
