    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and expanding our presence in the F&B market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the F&B sector, including restaurants, cafes, food service providers, and hospitality establishments.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts, focusing on increasing sales and revenue.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the F&B industry, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development to develop innovative offerings and initiatives for the F&B market.
    • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in the F&B industry to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress against targets and optimize sales strategies.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and establish partnerships.
    • Provide insights and feedback to guide product development, marketing campaigns, and business strategies based on market feedback and client interactions.
    • Stay updated on regulatory requirements, food safety standards, and industry best practices relevant to the F&B sector.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management roles within the F&B industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the F&B sector.
    • Strong understanding of F&B market dynamics, trends, and customer preferences.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
    • Passion for food and beverages and a deep appreciation for culinary trends and innovations.
