About Our Client:

Our client is providing cybersecurity services.

Working Hour: 12 hour shift work / 4 days a week

Location:

Toh Guan Road Salary Package:
Up to basic $2,500 + Shift Allowance $300 + Quarterly Incentive

Responsibilities:

Provide effective technical troubleshooting support to customers encountering alarm issues.
Monitor and promptly respond to alarm signals within designated service level targets.
Address customer inquiries regarding products, accounts, and services, offering alternative solutions for complete customer satisfaction.
Collect customer feedback, identify trends in problems, and communicate with Team Leaders and Supervisors for service improvement and issue resolution.
Ensure adherence to standard operational procedures (SOP).
Prioritize and profile accounts based on account types and key priorities.
Demonstrate strong commitment to work and ethical standards.
Report SOP noncompliance to Team Leaders for corrective actions. Maintain availability for overtime during emergencies with short notice, adhering to planned work schedules.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Able to perform rotating 12hours shift work, 4 days a week
You should possess at least GCE O Level / Nitec
12 years' experience in fastpaced Call Center environment Security Officer with basic computer knowledge may apply.
