- Create and maintain Recreational lessons for publication materials.
- Assist members with Recreational program registrations and cancellations.
- Handle incoming calls and address inquiries related to recreational activities.
- Prepare monthly invoices and billing statements for all recreational classes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to plan and execute activities and social events throughout the club-year.
- Provide assistance to members regarding the use of recreational equipment.
- Develop rapport with members to enhance their recreational experience.
- Ensure the upkeep of recreational equipment and facilities.
- Establish event budgets and oversee Profit & Loss for each activity.
- Promote recreational user safety.

SPORTS & RECREATION EXECUTIVE
Job Functions & Summary:
The Sports and Recreation Executive will be responsible for overseeing the Gym, Sports, Swimming, and Lifestyle facilities. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to Club members and guests, as well as assisting in the coordination of social events and activities. Daily tasks will encompass various aspects of the recreation facilities, including Sports, Gym, Swimming, and lifestyle amenities. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries both over the phone and in person, providing information about the Club and its facilities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
