  • Western Cuisine**Job Description:
Our fantastic Bakery & Pastry team plays a crucial (and delicious) role in producing our own variety of baked goods and cakes, which are baked fresh daily and served in all our outlets:


  • Baked Goods such as wholemeal, multi-grain, rye, olive bread, cheese bread, croissant, burger buns, bagel, brioche, honey bread, pain de mie, apple pie, etc.

Cakes , pastries, cookies, sweet rolls, etc.

You will...

  • Work closely with the Executive Pastry Chef in all things related to our baked goods in the Bakery
  • Understand and be the expert of all our baked goods and the different varieties of product offerings
  • Help in the design and consistent improvement of recipes where required
  • Perfect the baking techniques behind our delicions baked goods, from using the best ingredients available, to the various mixing methods, measurements, and accurate blending of ingredients
  • Master the proper use of mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment used in production
  • Appreciate the importance of using the correct cookware and bakeware, so as to achieve the right temperature during the baking process
  • Share and impart priceless skills and knowledge to the junior members of tthe team in being able to accurately identify the different types, characteristics, functions, and quality indicators of each baking ingredient
  • Appreciate the importance of always maintaining food safety standards; from quality checks and control to the proper handling and storing of ingredients, as well as ensuring all equipment are sanitized and ready for use
  • Be exposed to even more skilldevelopment opportunities from other adhoc tasks assigned by the Executive Pastry Chef

Job Requirements:


  • Will be good to have at least 6years related working experience in a similar bakery environment
  • A valid Food Hygiene Certificate registered with Singapore Food Agency (SFA)
- *If you do not have a valid food hygiene certificate, the Company will arrange the training and certification _

  • Able to work under pressure in a fastpaced, yet fun environment
  • Great communication skills with positive, interpersonal skills
  • A team player with a good sense of job responsibility and a keen eye for details
  • Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Honest willingness to continue learning and growing with the Company
